Who we are? We are new home building project managers. We will build your home or find a builder that meets your individual needs. Some neighborhoods require you to hire their "preferred builders". In these cases we will bid your project to those qualified builders. Our clients save an average of 5-10% on the overall costs of their new home. With the average home costing $325,000, that’s an average savings of $16,000-$30,000.
